Tennis Foundation Against Cancer - Who Are We?

We are the first Foundation that through physical aerobic work, seeks to be a complement in the treatment for cancer patients supporting them in the most important game of their life.

Our Mission

Provide physical and mental support to people who have been affected by cancer through the practice of Tennis. We strive to promote a positive and therapeutic environment, where patients can find strength, relief and community, while fighting this disease.

Our Vision

Position ourselves as real help, where patients and families can find relief, understanding, camaraderie and support in the face of this disease.

Our Goals

  1. Contribute in parallel to the traditional treatment with the practice of a sport: Tennis.
  2. Promote tennis, through comprehensive physical development, with a team of physical education teachers.
  3. Promote awareness-raising and social participation actions in order to extend the value of sport in recovering from their illness.
  4. Improve the quality of life of those who have been affected by cancer, promoting physical activity, self-improvement and connection with other survivors, family and friends.
  5. Be a beacon of hope and support on your path to recovery.

Activity Area

With close collaboration of our multidisciplinary team consisting of oncologists, massage therapists, psychologists, doctors, teachers, we will make it possible for the main axis of this Foundation to be sport to strengthen the patient physically and mentally, helping him to cope with treatments as invasive as chemotherapy.

The program has a work of 3 hours per week, physical, technical and mental, always accompanied by health specialists.
